- Outpatient-Only Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with the option for a 4-day workweek (8 or 10-hour days)

- Minimal Call Burden: Shared outpatient phone call among 17 providers; no inpatient or rounding required (per diem hospitalist shifts available if desired)
- Generous Compensation & Benefits: $300k+ guaranteed base salary plus RVU incentives, $30K sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, up to $20K/year student loan repayment, CME allowance, occurrence-based malpractice, and comprehensive benefits effective Day 1
** Candidate Requirements**
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for unrestricted medical license in New York
- Interest in managing a broad scope of family medicine patients, including chronic disease, adult medicine, and well-child care (no OB)
