[SSM Health Monroe Clinic Medical Group][1] in [Monroe][2] is actively recruiting a flexible, part-time (.6 fte) Geriatrics/Skilled Nursing Facility Program Physician. This position is located in the Monroe area, and offers the opportunity to collaborate with a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner at various nursing homes in the southwestern WI & Northern IL markets. Qualified candidates will be Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained w/ a preference for post-acute & long term care experience.
