Henry Ford Medical Group is seeking to employ a Neurologist to join the Henry Ford Hospital in Jackson. Part of the Henry Ford

The partnership with Henry Ford Health is exciting for Henry Ford Health - Jackson facility and our community.

The current practice is reputable, robust, professional, attentive, and team-oriented staff. The practice shares a 1:4 call, but call is minimal for the three fulltime outpatient clinicians, due to the two full-time Neurology hospitalist that cover the majority of inpatient rounding and call.

Henry Ford Hospital – Jackson is the only hospital in Jackson County and on EPIC EMR (INPT & OUTPT).

Practice Details:

1. Minimal Inpatient Call / Consults
2. RN
3. 6 exam rooms
4. 4 MOS (medical office support)
5. 4.6 MAs (medical assistance)
6. Adult case load -25% or less inpatient and 75% or more outpatient
7. Visits: 15 – 17 avg. patients per provider seen daily (20% New Visits vs. 80% Return Visits)
8. Fulltime -36 direct contact patient hours and 4 administrations
9. Botox injections
10. EMGs performed in the clinic
11. Weekends -Only when covering inpatient call

Patient population includes stroke, TIA, seizure disorders, and other neurological disorders.
