Cook Children's Health Care System (CCHCS) located in Dallas - Ft. Worth, Texas has launched a national search for a Pediatric Dermatologist to serve as the inaugural Chief of Pediatric Dermatology. With unmatched resources for innovation and programmatic development, we believe this role to be an outstanding legacy leadership opportunity. We are seeking a board certified/board eligible dermatologist who specializes in treating conditions and diseases of the skin, nails and hair to provide care for infants, children, and adolescents. This physician will function in collaborative practice with Advanced Practice Providers. Autonomously performs patient assessment, diagnosis and intervention either in clinic or via telemedicine for patients according to approved protocols.

- Candidates must be BE/BC by the American Board of Dermatology with subspecialty certification in Pediatric Dermatology highly desired.
- Eligible to secure an unrestricted Texas Medical License.
- Opportunities are available, but not required, to teach medical students and pediatric residents as well as pursue clinical research with support including campus IRB, grant writing, research nurses, and a dedicated PhD statistician.

CCHCS is a not-for-profit, nationally recognized pediatric health care system comprised of two Medical Centers, Physician Network, Home Health company, Pediatric Surgery Centers, Urgent Care Centers, Child Study Center, Health Plan and Health Foundation.
