What You'll Do

  • Provide care across reconstructive, cosmetic, and hand surgery (basic hand procedures and shared call with orthopedics are central to this role)
  • Walk into a ready-made referral base supported by primary care and surgical colleagues
  • Build a balanced practice with cases in both hospital and ambulatory surgery settings
  • Collaborate across general, vascular, and breast surgery to deliver seamless care

The Essentials

  • Hand Surgery Fellowship – Required
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
  • Eligible for a New York State Medical License
  • Passion for patient-first care and teamwork

Compensation & Benefits

  • $400K–$500K Base + Incentives
