Responsibilities
Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Neonatologist to join our growing team at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital in Gainesville, FL. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a high-acuity, autonomous environment with a supportive team and a hospital committed to expanding its Women’s & Children’s services.

Comprehensive Coverage:
- 25-bed Level III NICU (ADC: 17)
- 36-bed Newborn Nursery (ADC: 15)
- ~3,500 annual deliveries
- Accepts all gestational ages (excluding surgical cases)
- Advanced Services: Body cooling, oscillators, and RN/RT-staffed regional transport team.
- Collaborative Team: Work with a cohesive group of experienced NNPs and supportive OB hospitalists, MFM, and subspecialty telehealth providers.
- Academic Engagement: Teaching opportunities with University of Central Florida family medicine residents.
