* Strong Clinical Support: Experienced nursing, mid-level, and administrative support to enhance clinical efficiency and patient care.
* Participation in Ascension OBGYN residency program as faculty
* Candidate can be board eligible or board certified
* Dedicated Gyn/Onc PA to assist in both office and surgery
* Provide expert medical diagnostic and treatment services to manage patient illnesses and achieve optimal, evidence-based health outcomes.
* Drive continuous improvement efforts, leveraging your expertise to enhance patient safety, quality of care, and cost-effectiveness across the clinical service line.
* Manage the complete patient care journey, serving as the admitting, attending, or consulting physician for both inpatient and outpatient services, and supporting seamless transitions of care.
* Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly to ensure comprehensive, high-quality medical records and maintain compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
* Contribute to a culture of academic excellence by participating in medical education and research programs as requested, shaping the next generation of providers.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
