Now Hiring: Tele-Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) – IA License Required

Access TeleCare, a leading provider of behavioral health services, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Tele-Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. This fully remote roles support our partnership with a hospital in Iowa and requires an active Iowa license.
We are looking for a Board-Certified PMHNP with a minimum of 1 year of inpatient experience to deliver exceptional telehealth psychiatric care.
Schedule:
- Every other weekend coverage: Weekend schedule includes: 24-hour call coverage, Participation in treatment team starting at 7:00 AM CST, followed by patient rounds (typically 2–3 hours), Managing a caseload of approximately 16 patients per shift, Conducting initial evaluations for new admissions within 24 hours, Occasional discharges, including against medical advice (AMA)
- Monday-Friday (Backup): Shift need is backup M-Fr daily attendance of treatment team, rounding on the unit and taking unit call. Treatment team begins at 9a and ends around 930a CST, rounds to follow.
