Remote Evening Position | 7on/14off | $650k

POSITION SUMMARY

This position works alongside our overnight team and provides final ED reads for rural hospitals in western Arizona. This is a unique position with reasonable volumes, top-level compensation, and focus on work-life balance. We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefit package, including a sign-on bonus and an RVU-based productivity bonus to further increase income. SDR is an independent, physician-run group and is proudly not affiliated with private equity!

POSITION DUTIES AND BENEFITS

• Remote evening diagnostic position covering from 7pm-5am Arizona time on a 7-on/14-off schedule.
• Primarily basic ED cases with smaller mix of inpatient and outpatient exams.
• Work alongside our afternoon/night team, with no solo coverage windows
• Base salary/benefit package of $600k with $50k sign-on bonus
• Target rate of 8-10 RVU/hr, with additional RVU-based bonus incentive for higher-level production
• Benefits package includes health and malpractice insurance, retirement contribution, and more
• Internal moonlighting options available if desired to further increase income
