• Practice locations Include: Champaign-Urbana, IL, Bloomington-Normal, IL, Peoria, IL, Peoria Heights, IL, Mattoon, IL, Mahomet, IL, Danville, IL, Morton, IL, Chillicothe, IL and Washington, IL.
• Faculty position available at Carle Health Methodist Hospital in Peoria, IL
• Residency Clinic Position available at Carle Foundation Hospital in Champaign-Urbana, IL
