Assignment:
Dates: Immediate-Ongoing
Schedule: Monday-Friday 32-40 hours
Setting: Outpatient
Call: None
Volume: 20 patients per day
Patient Ages: 18+
Procedures: no in-office procedures
Cases: sick visits, well visits, immunizations, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of internal diseases, routine checkups, immunizations and chronic disease management such as diabetes and hypertension
Support Staff: MA, referral dept, care navigators
EMR/Charting: NextGen
Requirements:
Boards: Board Certified; Board Eligible
Certifications: BLS; DEA
