  • We are looking for Pediatric Nurse Practitioners to join our well-established and accredited team of providers who provide high-quality care to infants, children, and adolescents, in a welcoming, supportive, and family-friendly environment. Our services include both sick and well-child visits.Essential Functions:Preferred Qualifications:

    • Provides direct patient care by obtaining medical history, performing appropriate physical examination, and creating an assessment and plan that may include ordering and interpreting labs, ordering imaging studies and developing treatment plan including referring to specialty care when needed.
    • Administers or prescribes treatments and medications.
    • Follows up and monitors patient’s progress throughout treatment plan.
    • Documents the evaluation and plan of care.
    • Provides patient education on a variety of health topics.
    • Collaborates and consults with other in house allied health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
    • Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Approved Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner education program, experience in clinical area of specialty.
    • Valid Arizona R.N. License
    • Valid Arizona Nurse Practitioner certificate
    • Valid CPR certificate
    • 1-year relevant experience
