    What You’ll Do (When a Role Becomes Available):

    • Conduct timely remote medical necessity reviews
    • Apply evidence-based criteria and clinical judgment
    • Document decisions using clinical review templates and tools
    • Participate in peer-to-peer calls with treating providers
    • Support ongoing process improvement and ad hoc projects

    Ideal Future Candidate:

    • Board-certified MD or DO in Orthopedic Surgery
    • Active, unrestricted US medical license
    • Completed US-based residency
    • 5+ years of clinical practice post-training

    Compensation Details

    The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $270,000 annually, as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k, and bonus. In accordance with applicable state laws, this range represents a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. Individual pay decisions will be based on various factors, including qualifications, experience, skillset, and internal alignment.
