We are currently seeking a BC/BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon for an established program in Washington — strong compensation, flexible scheduling, and full support from credentialing through placement.
Position Highlights:
$32,000+ per week, Monday to Monday schedule.
Long-term need with scheduling available months in advance — enough runway to build continuity with the surgical team and patient population.
Compensation:
• Weekday: $4,000 (first 8 hours), $400/hour OT and callback, $400 pager fee when on call
• Weekend: $3,300 (first 4 hours), $400/hour OT and callback
