About the Opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected, physician-led GI group in the Pacific Northwest. Enjoy a collaborative environment, strong referral network, and a clear path to partnership.

• 11 Physicians, 9 APP’s
• Schedule:  Weekdays 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts) for work-life balance
• Call schedule: 1:10 rotation
• State-of-the-art endoscopy center with full CRNA MAC coverage

• $450k - $550k + additional RVU-based incentive structure
