This Pediatric Heart Institute is seeking an experienced, board-certified Pediatric and Adult Congenital Cardiac Surgeon to help lead our growing program. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience performing Pediatric and Adult Congenital Cardiac Surgery and will have proven leadership abilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• American Board of Surgery certification
• American Board of Thoracic Surgery/Congenital Cardiac certification
• Demonstrated excellent clinical outcomes and team-building
• Competitive compensation and benefits package
• Eligible to be considered for Shareholder/Parnter status after two years of FT employment
