Vitruvian Health (formerly known as Hamilton Health Care System) is recruiting a Primary Care Physician for Hamilton Physician Group in Calhoun, GA.

Qualified candidates:

1. Board certified or eligible in Family/Internal Medicine
2. Physician who wishes to sustain and continue to grow a primary care panel
3. Ideal candidates will have an interest in teaching
4. Ability to work as a team member
5. Commitment to quality, patient safety and overall excellence in evidence based clinical care

Practice Overview:

1. Monday-Thursday, 8-5 and Friday 8-12
2. Procedures: chronic and acute EM, possible suture, I&D, and x-ray reads
3. Academic center with opportunities to participate with internal medicine and family medicine residency program
4. Tremendous opportunity for growth within the practice, where you will be supported by a strong and collaborative team with an excellent work culture & collegiality amongst providers and staff
