- M–F outpatient OR; 10-hr days (OT after 40)
- Multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center
- No call, no weekends
- Ortho-heavy + strong regional block focus
- Supervision model with CRNA team (4–5 daily)
- 4–6 ORs; steady case flow
Cases: Ortho (joints, sports), + ENT, GYN, Uro, Gen, Ophtho (no OB)
Requirements: MD/DO, BC, FL license, regional block proficiency
