Ob Hospitalist Opportunity by the Coast of NC

Position: OB Hospitalist - Full-Time/Part-time

Hospital: Onslow Memorial Hospital

Location: Jacksonville, North Carolina

Facility Overview:

• 162-bed acute care hospital
• Level III NICU
• Approximately 1,400 annual deliveries
• Anesthesia: CRNA only model. Onsite during the day. On call evenings/weekends
• Wilmington MFM rounds weekly
• EMR: Meditech
• Neonatal Physician or NP on call 24/7

Responsibilities (Location specific):

• OBHG Hospitalists are responsible for all unassigned patients and any Ob/Gyn emergencies
• OBHG Hospitalists provide back up support to private practice physicians and CNMs

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time: 5 or more 24-hour shifts per 28-day block
• Part-Time: 1 to 4 24-hour shifts per 28-day block

Requirements:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active NC medical license
