Low Volume Frontier Level Facility Seeking Skilled APP for ED/Hybrid Program

Location: Holyoke, CO - 135 miles from Denver International Airport

Facility: Melissa Memorial Hospital

Program Kick Off: March 5, 2024

Schedule: 7-10, 24-hour shifts per month (Core team members have access to a scheduling portal and can put in their schedule for a full year)

Position: ER/Inpatient Hybrid Program

Procedures: Intubations, Vent Management, Central Lines, Chest Tubes, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Dislocation Reduction, ED Bedside Ultrasound, Lumbar Puncture, Adult Resuscitation, Peds Resuscitation, Procedural Sedation.

Bed Count: 11 Beds total - Acute, Swing and SNF

Average ER Volume: 110/month

Average Inpatient Volume: 1.5

Average Length of Stay: 2.5 days

Average Encounters Per Day: 10

Sub Specialty Support: Anesthesia, General Surgery, Cardiology, Ortho, Podiatry, Oncology, Wound Care, PT, Occupational Therapy, Cardio Therapy, Chemotherapy

SNIF: requires daily rounding at 10:00am
