- Guaranteed Base Salary: Up to $410,000

### Practice & Schedule
- Employed position
- 5 days/week | 8:00–4:00
- 2 clinical days / 2.5 admin
- No weekends, no call
- EPIC EMR
- Strong MA, NP, and PA support
