Join a collaborative rural healthcare network in western Minnesota as an advanced practice
provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant). This float role provides the unique
opportunity to work across a Critical Access Hospital Emergency Room and multiple primary
care/walk-in clinic locations. Ideal for providers who value autonomy, enjoy rural medicine, and
are comfortable practicing independently across emergency and primary care settings.
Position Overview
● Emergency Room coverage: one weekend per month
● Walk in Clinics across the network
● High level of professional autonomy, particularly in the ER setting
● EPIC utilized across all clinical location
● Full-spectrum care across all ages
Compensation & Benefits
● Strong Base salary based on years of experience
● $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
● Up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance

● Experienced NP or PA comfortable practicing independently
