• Start ASAP – Temps in 2–3 weeks for clean files
• Multiple Sites
• Schedule Options: full-time or 2 weeks per month
• Valid non-FL driver’s license required
• Board Certified (or BE w/ explanation, ≤5 yrs out)
• Run own cases + supervise CRNAs
• Case Types: Ortho, GS, Vascular, Neuro, Urology, GI, ENT, Trauma, Plastics
• No Hearts, No OB, No Peds
• Level II Trauma
• 680+ avg monthly cases
• Team Model: 6 MDs / 14 CRNAs
