Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Alabama, is seeking a dedicated CRNA Supervisor to join our team.
**Position Highlights:**
Leadership Opportunity: Lead a dedicated team of CRNAs in a dynamic, high-volume surgical setting.
Collaborative Environment: Work closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, OR leadership, and nursing staff.
Balance of Clinical & Administrative Duties: Maintain hands-on patient care while managing scheduling, mentorship, and quality initiatives.
Compensation Overview: This position MAY offer the following:

Requirements:
- Current RN and CRNA licensure in the state of Alabama (or eligibility to obtain)
- NBCRNA
- Supervisory, charge, or lead experience strongly preferred.
