Medical Director Behavioral Health - Psychiatry Residency Program Director

Eisenhower Medical Associates (EMA) is a 320+ physician multi-specialty medical group serving Eisenhower Health, a prestigious, award-winning hospital system in the popular desert resort areas of Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs. An opportunity exists for a board-certified psychiatrist(s) to lead Eisenhower Health’s multi-disciplinary Behavioral Health Program and newly launched Psychiatry Residency Program. EMA will consider filling both positions with one qualified candidate, or filling the two positions with two separate candidates.

Teaching and education are deeply rooted in the Eisenhower culture. Over 130 residents and fellows participate in Eisenhower Health’s graduate medical education program. Programs include residencies in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine, and fellowships in Addiction Medicine, Geriatrics, Infectious Disease, Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine, Sports Medicine, and Emergency Medicine Ultrasound. Eisenhower has received approval for a new Psychiatric residency that will launch in July, 2026.
