Work Schedule:

• Shift Times: 8 AM – 8 PM, 10 AM – 10 PM, 1 PM – 1 AM, 3 PM – 3 AM
• Total Hours: 80 – 84 hours biweekly

Patient Information:

• Patient Census: 25 – 30 patients per shift

Requirements to Apply:

• Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months)
• Three (3) current letters of reference from healthcare providers familiar with the contractor's clinical practice, including one from the Chief of Staff/Medical Director or Immediate Supervisor.
• Must have worked within the last 6 months

Pay Information:

• $/hr on 1099 or $/per year on W-2 with benefits
• No holiday pay or overtime rates

Privileging Details:

• Timeline: 6 weeks

Required Health Documentation:

• MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu

Required Certifications:

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS

Background Check:

• Fingerprints and security clearance required
