Shift Times: 8:00 am-5:00 pm 

Credentialing Timeframe:  60 days

• Setting:  Outpatient
• Volume mix between consults vs. U/S reads: Mon & Thurs will be 100% US reads around 45-60/day (consult if something new abnormal shows on US) Tues & Wed are new patient days, and they do 25/day that would include consults with each patient having a US 
• They do not do cerclages in the office, and would schedule amnio when the regular providers are in the office. They have MFM ultra sonographers that do all imaging.
• Staff breakdown: 6 MFM sonographers, 2 APPs, 1 nurse, 1 CMA, 2 Clerical but no genetics counselor (APPs are utilized a lot on the follow up days)
• EMR: EPIC 
• Special Office Equipment: GE Voluson 22, GE Voluson E8, GE Corometrics NST units and GE portable P8 
• Provider must have ACTIVE GA license or Active IMLC & Board certification
• All travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered and paid for
