    Compensation above provided range is possible depending on experience. UF COM has an active faculty compensation plan which includes incentives and bonuses. University employer-paid benefits include individual and family health insurance, life insurance, and long-term disability insurance. Retirement benefits include participation in 403(b) and 457 plans. Professional liability protection and sovereign immunity are administered by the Florida Board of Governors self-insurance program.
