• Aurora Medical Center in Fond du lac is licensed for 8 ED beds
• Aurora Medical Center - Oshkosh has approximately 20K annual visits
• Wide variety of cases in a diverse patient population
• Very close-knit group of EM providers
• Large Primary Care base with strong interface
• 10- 12 Shifts per month
• Strong support staff
• EPIC EMR
• Integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
