Pay Rate: $184.30 - $199.50

This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: Holiday Coverage: December 23, 2025 - December 30, 2025 (7a-7p); Onboarding can potentially be scheduled for 12/22; No Call

· Total census per provider per shift: 15-22 Patients/Shift

· Procedures Required: Non-Invasive Ventilation Management, Ventilation Management, Intubation, Electrocardiogram (EKG) Interpretation, Cardiac Stress Test

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic

· Support: 1 Physician's Assistant / Nurse Practitioner

· Certifications and License Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Active Medical License in Wisconsin or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) , Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

· Credentialing timeframe: 30+ Days; Temps Available
