    Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking a full time BC/BE Infectious Disease Physician with an interest in musculoskeletal infections to join our established team of bone and joint Infectious Disease providers located at our Hershey, PA.  This is an exciting opportunity to join our experienced team at our academic flagship facility in the growing Penn State Health system.  

    What we're offering:

    • Opportunities to provide both specialized musculoskeletal/bone and joint care as well as a broad range of general ID consultations
    • Inpatient bone and joint consultations with ambulatory follow-up and new consultations
    • Outpatients evaluated collaboratively with the surgeons at the Bone & Joint Center
    • Sporadic back-up coverage of other Infectious Disease services
    • Research opportunities
    • Faculty appointment is commensurate with experience and qualifications

    What we're seeking:

    • MD, DO, or foreign equivalent
    • Completion of accredited ACGME training program and Infectious Disease Fellowship
    • BC/BE Infectious Disease physician
    • Focus on bone and joint/musculoskeletal infections
    • Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
    • Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates
