    What You’ll Do (When a Role Becomes Available):

    • Conduct remote, timely reviews of oncology-related cases
    • Apply clinical judgment and evidence-based criteria to determine medical necessity
    • Document decisions clearly and efficiently using structured tools
    • Participate in peer-to-peer calls with treating physicians to clarify or explain determinations
    • Engage in projects and process improvements that enhance review efficiency and clinical quality

    Ideal Future Candidate:

    • MD or DO, board-certified in Oncology or Hematology/Oncology
    • Completed U.S.-based residency and/or fellowship
    • Current, unrestricted U.S. state medical license
    • 5+ years of clinical experience post-training
    • Prior utilization management or peer review experience is a plus, but not required
