Practice Overview
- You'll join a solo, hospital-employed practice with full support staff (RNs, MA, receptionist)
- Clinic is fully equipped with 3 exam rooms and located steps from the hospital
- Access to 5 ORs with dedicated scheduling, no robotics required
- Strong referral base of hospital-employed and private physicians in a draw area up to 110,000
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Friday 8:00 am–12:00 pm (Availability for a 4-day work week)
- 100% outpatient clinic with hospital OR access as needed
- Call is 10 days/month including 1 weekend; additional call is compensated
- ER is Level III, trauma cases are transferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $550,000 with RVU bonus structure
- $100,000 sign-on bonus
- 30 days PTO, 5 CME days with $3,000 allowance
