How you'll make an impact in this role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
* Join an established team of 1 physicians and 1 APP
* Call structure: None
* Practice setting: inpatient/outpatient/mix
* Access to enhance community health through comprehensive patient history assessments, diagnostic study interpretation, and preventative screenings.
* Employed position within a nonprofit health system
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
* Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
* Clinical Excellence: Drive high-quality health outcomes by diagnosing and managing acute and chronic pediatric sleep conditions.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Master's degree of Nursing required.
