OB/GYN Physician, New Hampshire

Join an established women’s health program in New Hampshire with steady patient demand, meaningful surgical volume, and strong midwife and APP support. This full spectrum practice offers dedicated OR access, a balanced clinical schedule, and a collaborative care model.

Position Highlights

• Full Spectrum Practice: Inpatient and outpatient OB, generalist GYN, and GYN surgery
• Established OB Volume: Approximately 400 deliveries annually with equitable OB distribution
• Midwife Support: Midwives provide first call coverage
• Dedicated OR Access: Dedicated OR block time with no competition for access
• Surgical Options: Robotic surgery available and optional
• Specialty Support: In house urogynecology support with established referral pathways for complex cases, plus MFM support via telehealth
• Level I Nursery: Level I nursery on site

Schedule & Call

• Approximately 32 patient facing hours plus 8 administrative hours per week
• Clinic days typically run 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 14 to 16 patients per day
• New patient visits are 40 minutes and follow ups are 20 minutes
• OR days typically run 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Call shifts run from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM and are shared equally among physicians, with midwives serving as first call
• Pediatrics covers newborn rounding

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $377,000
• Sign on bonus
• Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
• $200 per hour for additional call or extra shifts

• 10 CME days and $6,000 CME allowance every 2 years

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Comfort with full spectrum OB and generalist GYN surgery
• Interest in a collaborative model with midwife and APP support
• H 1B and J 1 waiver pathways available
