Schedule

- Call schedule is 1:4 with the goal of moving to 1:5 by adding additional providers
- True consult service with NO trauma call! * Call is light in intensity and taken from home. Physicians are only called in on rare cases of emergencies
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary + RVU production model - total compensation in the $700k - 800k range
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance provided
- Full suite of benefits including PTO, CME, retirement, and reimbursement for licensure, DEA, and all associations
- PSLF qualifying system
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified / Eligible in Urology
- Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
- Tenured physicians on staff for mentorship to new graduates
- Eligibility to obtain full, unrestricted LA License
