• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Call/Weekends: None required
• Start Date: October 2025
• Duration: Minimum 6 months, with strong potential to extend long-term
• Patient Load: 12–16 patients per day
• Support: RN, medical assistants, front office staff, and clinic manager
• EMR: Cerner Community Works
• Travel & Lodging: Approved – includes one round-trip flight per contract, lodging, and rental car
• Credentialing: Streamlined – 2–4 weeks
