🕒 Predictable Schedules & Work-Life Balance

• Flexible mix of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
• Evening shifts: ~2 per month
• Overnight call: ~2–3 per month
• ½ day of paid education time per week (for full-time physicians)
• Predictable scheduling with strong work-life balance
• No private practice burdens—no billing, no prior authorizations, no overhead

• Practice mix: ~30% supervising CRNAs / 70% own cases
