Join a thriving, physician-led medical group just outside Buffalo, NY, as we expand our Urology department. This is a dynamic opportunity to build your practice with the support of an established referral network, collaborative colleagues, and access to state-of-the-art resources — including an ancillary surgery center and optional robotic technology.

Schedule Highlights:

• Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek — create the work-life balance you want
• Balanced mix of clinic and OR days
• APPs manage primary call; physician call is light and mostly post-op

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary up to $600,000 for experienced providers
• Total earning potential $700,000–$900,000+
• $25,000 signing bonus
• CME allowance, generous PTO, and comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, malpractice, disability)
• Retirement benefits include 401(k) match and profit-sharing
