- Inpatient/outpatient dialysis
- CCRT cases
Requirements
- Board Certified in Pediatric Nephrology
- BLS certification
- South Carolina state licensure required
- Patient ages: Birth-18
Credentialing Requirements
- Credentialing timeframe is ~90 days
