About Bothwell Regional Health Center (BRHC) provides specialized care in a comfortable and private setting for new families. BRHC has a state-of-the-art Women's Health and Newborn Care unit with four large delivery rooms and four large post-partum rooms. BRHC has an on site NICU with a partnership with Children's Mercy Kansas City for more severe cases. Bothwell Regional Health Center currently sees approximately 450 annual deliveries per year.

What Does an OB/GYN Physicians Do?

• Full Scope Generalist for both inpatient and outpatient services
• Clinic coverage M-F
• Block scheduling of 5, 24 hr. shifts with an intended schedule of 5 on/ 10 off
• Travel expense covered
• Work 1/3 of the year!
• Caring for all pregnant women who present emergently, regardless of circumstance
• Cultivating relationships with staff nurses and hospital personnel
• Supporting private practice physicians by providing coverage and assistance
• Facilitating daily interdisciplinary board rounds to improve patient safety
