• Position: Interventional Radiologist – W2 (full or part-time) or 1099

• Support Staff: 2 Full-time IR’s, 1 Part-Time VS, and 1.5 PA FTE’s

• Number of OR’s: 3 rooms, 3 c-arms (3 OR’s, 3 operational rooms)

• ADC: 30 PPD – divided between practicing physicians

• EMR: NextGen

• Procedures: ESRD interventions including but not limited to Dialysis vascular access AVG/AVF procedures (AVG/AVF thrombectomy, angioplasty and stent), Fistula maturation, as well as catheter placement and exchange, GAE, UFE, HAE, PAD, and ESRD-related endovascular interventions.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday clinic hours
