Description:
- Joining 12 physicians and 25 APP’s - Largest Occupational Medicine department in the state of Ohio
- Weekday hours with no call or major holidays
· Multidisciplinary setting - dedicated office staff, including Advanced Practice Providers, Clinic & Business Managers, LPN Supervisor, clinical support, and office specialists

Requirements:
- MD/DO, Board eligible/certified in OEM, FM or EM
- Occupational medicine experience
- Medical Review Officer and Independent Medical Examiner certification and stress testing experience is required
· 2 years’ experience in occupational medicine
· Ohio BWC-certified Medical Review Officer certification Dept of Transportation (DOT) Medical Examiner certification (or willingness to)
· Skills to perform minor procedures (laceration repair, etc.) including Exercise Treadmill Tests
· Comprehension & experience with OSHA surveillance exam regulations
