Practice Details
- Join a growing GI team including full-time and part-time gastroenterologists, a hepatologist, and seven APPs
- Flexible role design: advanced GIs rotate between clinic, inpatient, and endoscopy; general GIs focus primarily on outpatient care
- ERCP required for advanced GI roles; EUS encouraged but not mandatory
- Anesthesia support provided by CRNAs with MD/DO backup as needed
Schedule
- Four-day workweek available with options for 10-hour shifts or four 8-hour days
- Shared clinic call rotation of 1:4
- Inpatient service includes an overnight call until 7:00 a.m.
- Procedural volumes range from 14 to 22 cases per day, depending on the setting
- Clinic call triaged by MAs with no travel restrictions while on call
Compensation & Benefits
- General GI salary of $800,000; Advanced GI salary of $900,000 for full-time or $720,000 at .80 FTE
- $75 per wRVU above threshold plus a 5% annual quality bonus
- Sign-on bonus of $100,000 with a five-year commitment or $200,000 with a ten-year commitment
- Comprehensive benefits including 35 days of PTO, CME and lifestyle allowances, 401(k) with match, and malpractice with tail
Candidate Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Gastroenterology
- ERCP required for advanced GI candidates; general GI physicians welcomed
- H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available
- Interest in a collaborative, team-based practice with procedural independence
