Signature Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN physician to join our well-established, well-staffed practice in beautiful Easton, Massachusetts. Located in a welcoming college town just 20 miles south of Boston, our practice offers an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

We offer: SIGN-ON BONUS OF $50K TO $150K BASED ON EXPERINCE

• Excellent competitive salary with 2 year base salary, then move to RVUs
• We offer relocation bonus
• Full time position, 4 clinical and 1 administrative day
• 403(b) Retirement Plan, deferred compensation 457(b) Plan
• Malpractice Insurance is occurrence-based
• CME allowance and one week of CME time
• ATO equivalent of 5 weeks, plus holidays for full time employees

• Exceptional Labor and Delivery team managing more than 1,700 deliveries annually.
• Modern Maternal-Newborn Pavilion featuring a private surgical suite.
• Level II Special Care Nursery.
• On-site access to key specialties, including:
  • Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM/Perinatology)
  • Reproductive Endocrinology
  • Gynecologic Oncology
• 24/7 in-house support from Pediatric Anesthesiologists.
• Pediatric Hospitalist support through Tufts Floating Hospital for Children.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Strong commitment to patient safety, clinical quality, and excellent patient care.
• Laparoscopic surgical skills required.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary department preferred.
