Practice Setting

• Outpatient clinic setting
• Patient panel is ages 16 and older; pediatrics can be referred internally
• Primarily adult patients with chronic medical conditions
• Onsite support includes 1 dedicated MA, behavioral health and specialty support, and access to women’s health, hepatology, and OBGYN

Schedule

• Weekday coverage, ideally 4 to 5 days per week
• Clinic hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a 30-minute lunch
• No weekends, no holidays, no call
• Initial 12-week commitment, with intent to extend and reassess fit after the first month

Cases and Procedures

• Standard primary care
• May include cultures and basic labs
• X-ray available onsite

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• California license required; facility will not wait for license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• BLS and DEA required
