    Practice Highlights

    • Outpatient Family Medicine—care for all ages, including growing families
    • 36 patient contact hours/week (flexible; open to lower FTE)
    • Minimal call: phone only, with RN triage support
    • Clinic hours vary by site

    What You’ll Do

    • Work collaboratively with patients to improve health and well-being
    • Practice thoughtfully with consideration for cultural diversity, autonomy, and legal responsibilities
    • Participate in multidisciplinary, team-based care management
    • Use quality improvement tools to improve care delivery, outcomes, and workflows
    • Participate in peer review and quality assurance as needed

    Job Requirements

    • MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required
    • BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required
    • Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
    • Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
    • Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable
    • ACLS-BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required within 180 Days and
