Overview

Oklahoma, where the wind comes sweepin' down the plain Responsibilities We have an exciting opportunity for a BC/BE neonatologist to join our practice in Norman, OK, located 20 miles south of Oklahoma City.

• Group consists of 6 neonatologists with call from home
• Coverage at Norman Regional Medical Center, a 26-bed Level-III NICU with an ADC of 14, and Mercy Health Center, a 43-bed Level-III NICU with an ADC of 29
• Services include HFOV and jet ventilators
• NNP coverage at both hospitals
• Sub-specialty support includes pediatric surgery and cardiothoracic surgery at Mercy, and MFM and OB-ED support at Norman
• Required participation in QI and process improvement, and involvement in staff development and best practice education as well as community outreach and service line enhancement/growth/development/strategic planning
• Patient and family centered provider with excellent communication and collaboration skills
