We are seeking an experienced or newly graduated OB/GYN to join a thriving, mission-driven practice committed to high-quality care and community-focused medicine. You’ll join a collegial and well-supported team of 6 OB/GYNs and 1 Nurse Practitioner that values collaboration, strong clinical autonomy, and excellent surgical resources, including access to five Da Vinci robots. Partnership track is available for those seeking long-term growth and stability.

Practice Highlights:

• Balanced mix of OB and GYN with dedicated OR block time
• 840 deliveries annually with a consistently low C-section rate
• 1:6 call schedule with OB hospitalist support for a predictable and family-friendly work-life balance
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Modern 434-bed hospital with a Level III NICU
• State-of-the-art robotic surgery program with access to five Da Vinci systems

Compensation & Benefits:

• $100,000 in loan forgiveness
