This flexible, full-time (1.0 FTE) Geriatrics/Skilled Nursing Facility Program advanced practitioner opportunity located in the Monroe area offers an opportunity to work at various nursing homes in the southwestern WI and Northern IL market. Qualified candidates will be Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained w/ a preference for post -acute & long-term care experience.
